MNP and HLR resolution for the Messaging Platform, returning network information and the applicable lookup cost to routing. You configure your own lookup suppliers, maintain supplier pricing, review query statistics and logs, inspect supplier responses and set standard retry behaviour.

Products and interfaces
Define products by classification and the fields they return, map them per protocol, and serve clients over HTTP, ENUM and SMPP. Several products can share one connection.
Supplier management
Multiple suppliers and gateways per supplier, onboarded through the management UI for standard interfaces, with supplier pricing, bulk and automatic price imports, price history and supplier-side tiered recalculation.
Query routing
Routing by country, network, product and cost, with priority, weight, primary and secondary routes, retry and final fallback handling, and route-level traffic control.
Resolution workflows
Portability-based routing and conditional execution, including MNP-before-HLR and HLR-before-MNP logic and ported or non-ported conditions, in the full platform.
Cache and cost optimisation
Result cache with retention per client, per product or both, cache bypass and forced refresh, cache statistics, and the lookup cost reduction that follows.
Number cleansing and validation
Country, prefix and network validation, number normalisation, regex-based manipulation such as local-to-international conversion, and cleansing rules applied globally or per client.
Testing and troubleshooting
Manual source and gateway tests from the UI, live lookups for investigation, coverage tests and coverage jobs, with the returned result and status visible per test.
Query log and analytics
Searchable query records with country, network, prefix, ported status, source, supplier response, status reason, error code, route and lookup cost, alongside volume, cost, margin and supplier analytics.
Client operations and billing
In the full platform: client connections across protocols, client-specific products and rate plans, per-submitted or result-based charging, prepaid and postpaid balances, credit limits, invoicing and settlement, and white-labelled client-facing services.
