MESSAGING PLATFORM

Run your messaging business from one platform.

Traffic, routing, suppliers, customers, pricing, finance and quality control in a single operational environment, operated entirely by your own team.

WHAT THE PLATFORM DOES

It accepts traffic, decides how to route it, delivers it and bills it.

Built for continuous load and traffic peaks, and for the commercial reality behind the traffic: cost, margin, credit and settlement.

Connectivity

SMPP and HTTP for both clients and suppliers, encrypted connections, IP allowlisting, session and throughput limits, load balancing, automatic reconnection, and configurable mapping of supplier delivery reports and errors. Rich channel integrations are supported alongside SMS.

Routing

Least-cost, priority and weighted routing with MNP and HLR resolution, sender and content conditions, retry and fallback logic driven by live delivery results, throughput limits per route, queue prioritisation and cross-channel fallback.

Autopilot

Watches delivery rates, route health, latency, queue sizes and supplier connectivity, then applies the action you configured: reduce throughput, disable the route or source, activate the backup, and re-enable on recovery.

Sender and content control

Sender and content filtering and normalization, spam filtering, allow and block lists, regex-based rules and campaign or transactional classification, all configurable by your team through the management UI.

Pricing and margin

Supplier price management with imports and price history, customer pricing across rate plans, scheduled future pricing, percentage-margin pricing, negative-margin visibility, submitted or delivered charging, and commission handling.

Billing and finance

Prepaid and postpaid customers, multiple balances and currencies, credit limits with automatic suspension, low-balance alerts, invoicing, taxes, payment terms and matching, reminders, netting, disputes and billing corrections.

Analytics and logs

Revenue, cost and margin analytics by client, supplier, country, network, route, sender and delivery result, with time-based aggregation, searchable detailed records and scheduled daily traffic reports.

Monitoring and alerts

Alerting on traffic start or resumption, delivery failures, error patterns, latency and credit thresholds, alongside standard platform operational monitoring.

Administration and audit

Accounts, clients and suppliers on a shared foundation, multi-company structures, users, roles and permissions, audit logs across configuration changes, and a white-labelled UI with your own domain and branded notifications.

OPERATED BY YOUR TEAM

Every day-to-day action is in the UI, not in a ticket.

Onboarding a client, adding a supplier, changing a route, importing a price list, running a test, issuing an invoice. Your team does all of it directly. BIND support is available when you want it, not required to keep the business running.
