WHERE IT RUNS

Three deployment models.

BIND provides the infrastructure specifications and performs the deployment. Operate independently with your own team, or extend it with BIND support and managed operations. Customer-hosted environments are confirmed by technical assessment first.

BIND Hosted

Deploy without managing the underlying infrastructure. Standard infrastructure for the contracted capacity is part of the platform subscription.

Customer Cloud

Run the platform in your preferred cloud environment, on infrastructure you control and contract yourself.

On-Premise

Deploy within your own infrastructure where business, sovereignty or regulatory requirements demand it.

FROM POC TO PRODUCTION

A clear path to production.

Moving a telecom platform is more than deploying software. Existing traffic, integrations, routing logic, commercial data and operational processes all need to move with it.

  2. POCA dedicated environment with agreed scenarios, master data and training.
  3. MigrationClients, suppliers, products, pricing and routing configuration.
  4. ProductionCutover on an agreed plan, with the configuration you validated.
  5. OperateYour team runs it, at the service level you chose.
The POC is a dedicated environmentNot a demonstration system. On completion it can be promoted to production with its configuration, integrations, master data and endpoints intact.
Migration matches the estateSelf-service import of your own data using BIND templates, or an assessed migration with parallel running, cutover planning and an agreed hypercare period.
Training is included, not mandatoryAn initial allowance comes with the first production deployment, and training delivered during a POC counts toward it.
